P. Buckley Moss Foundation Scholarships
The P. Buckley Moss Foundation administers three scholarships that were initially established by the Moss Society. The Judith Cary Memorial Scholarship is for students who are pursuing either a bachelor's or a master's degree in special education. The Anne and Matt Harbison Scholarship is for a graduating high school senior with a certified language-related learning difference who is pursuing post-secondary education. The P. Buckley Moss Endowed Scholarship goes to one or more high school seniors with financial need, with a certified language-related learning difference and artistic talent, who plan a career in visual arts.

Taylor Bohon, the 2010 recipient of the Harbison Scholarship, recently wrote to Pat. Here is an excerpt:
"School has gone well this semester. Classes continue to get more challenging, but I guess that is how it should be. I continue to be so grateful for the Scholarship financial support. Costs continue to climb and that truly makes a big difference. I tell Ms. Moss's story often. Most recently, I was asked to speak at a forum on learning disabilities honoring November as "Learning Disabilities Awareness Month." I was proud to tell what a difference Ms. Moss has made in the perception of a student with a learning difference. Her celebrity was already appreciated by many in attendance, but the crowd was moved by her dedication to make a difference in the education of those that have been challenged as she was."
